Berdasarkan fakta sejarah, GK tidak pernah mengurangi atau menambahkan daftar kitab dalam kanon Kitab Suci.
Kanon Kitab Suci 46 PL + 27 PB ditetapkan pertama kali dalam sinode Hippo di abad ke3, ditegaskan dalam Konsili Kartago di abad ke3, dan ditegaskan kembali dalam Konsili Ekumenis Trente di abad ke15.

hehehe... kan bruce sendiri tau kalo saya baca ayat itu loncat loncat  --- apalagi taroh perhatian "Alkitab online" yg saya baca itu, jumlah kitab-nya ada berapa ... .

Malah sekarang baru tau, jumlah kitab-nya berbeda antara Katolik dan Protestan.
