the problem is , when someone reply me with amazing english maybe i cannot replied..hahaha
Golden rule #2,

Never, ever put any kind of verb other than verb 1 after ANY form of modals. So, there's no such thing like "cannot repliED" in English.

@steavan,

I'm not picking on you. I just want your English to be better.
So, keep on posting.

Golden rule #1,
Never, ever put verb 2, 3, or s/es right after "to".

There's no such thing as "to saw" (except if you mean to CUT something), "to went", "to seen" etc.

You'll find "to + V-ing", but it is not a verb. It's gerund.

Review last movie you've seen ==> Present perfect
Review last movie you saw ==> Past tense

The second is the correct one, bro.

None is correct. The speaker makes a twist in the subject.

I think it's better to re-phrase it into: "The guest (who is) arriving today is Mr. XXX".

I'm not as good as bro roderick in grammar, nor i can explain exactly why, but i think it's more natural to say either "Review the last movie(s) you saw" or "Review the movie(s) you've see".
Using the word "last movie" indicate that it happened recently and we are emphasizing that particular time frame --> thus past tense is used.
Bro roderick, CMIIW pls...

It's up to you as long as you separate the subject 'arrival' from the person Mr....

Just a sugestion,

Guest who arrivED today was Mr...

or

Guest arrivING (adjective phrase, i.e 'who has arrived') today is Mr...

Any other opinion?

I'm not an Englishman bro, so it's likely for me to make mistakes.

AFAIK, 'The last movie you've seen' is more acceptable because there's no emphasize on the time WHEN you saw the movie.

Just my two cents...
